Yum! These muffins were sweet and moist. They crowned very nicely and looked beautiful on my muffin tray. Thanks for this recipe, Charlotte!

We liked the moistness and texture of these muffins. I added dried cranberries instead of the raisins and topped them with a cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Not rating bcz I changed it quite a bit. I think using plain yogurt gave it a little too much of a tangy flavor, but otherwise, here's what I did: I used w.w. pastry flour, Sucanat, olive oil (would use canola next time) and added 2 T protein powder and some flax and oat bran. After mixing ingredients, it was SO dry that I decided to put 3/4 C applesauce instead of apples. That helped and it made 16 muffins. Usu. my w.w. muffins don't rise much. These rose and had a beautiful crackle appearance. Next time I will use the vanilla yogurt, canola oil and add the topping. They did taste good once you put some butter on. Thanks!

These muffins are so good. They are moist. For the muffins, I used only 1/4 cup sugar. Maybe 1 cup of chopped apples. I used plain yogurt cause that's what I had. Thanks Charlotte :) Made for 123 hit wonders.

I have used so many recipes from this site and never been dissapointed until now. I don't know what about the recipe was off, but the batter was really thick and the texture was off when they were done.
