  1. Cut together the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter to a crumbly texture. Mix together the egg, yogurt, sugar, and 2 T flour. Peel, core, and grate apple into yogurt mixture. Press half the oat mixutre into an 8" square baking pan, top with yogurt mix, then the other half of the oat mixture. Sprinkle with wheat germ and bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes or until done.
