      I'm used to peel my apples so I did it. I know it would look better with unpeel. I omitted the salt. This is a great salad. Thanks for posting :) Made for Cookbook tag game

      I loved this salad! I usually use vinegar to make dressing for a salad like this but loved it with the lemon juice and will make it that way from now on. I had some pecans on hand so used them instead of the walnuts. This made a great light lunch - thanks for sharing your recipe! Made for Spring PAC 2010
