I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe Family Time Daily Dish.
- 24 ounces stouffer's frozen harvest apples, cooked and chilled
- 1⁄2 teaspoon rum extract or 1⁄2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 3 tablespoons caramel sauce
- COMBINE escalloped apples and rum or almond extract.
- For each sundae parfait, LAYER ice cream, caramel sauce and apple mixture in parfait glass or bowl.
