The smoothie will be thicker if you use frozen strawberries and frozen juice!!
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 pint strawberry
- 1 banana
- 1 apple, peeled, cored and sliced
- 6 ounces vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Yum, great blend of flavours, I used about 5 large strawberries, 1/2 an apple & some frozen yoghurt. I forgot the vanilla but it was great without it. A hit with my 19 month old daughter too! Thanks
