Apple Spice Cake

• Yields: 1 Cake Pan
• Serves: 8-10

ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 3⁄4 cups sugar
• 1 cup canola oil
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 cups apples, thinly sliced
• 1 cup nuts, chopped

• Icing

• 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
• 1 (2 lb) box powdered sugar
• 3 ounces cream cheese

directions

1. Beat eggs with sugar, add next six ingredients and mix well.
2. Add sliced apples and nuts. pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
3. Bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

6. Sprinkle with additional nuts.
