  • Roll the pastry into long strips.
  • Peel and chop apples finely, and spread over surface.
  • Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  • Roll up like a Swiss roll.
  • Bake in the oven, on the middle shelf, for 45 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
