- 8 ounces shortcrust pastry dough
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 4 large apples
- 4 ounces brown sugar
directions
- Roll the pastry into long strips.
- Peel and chop apples finely, and spread over surface.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll up like a Swiss roll.
- Bake in the oven, on the middle shelf, for 45 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
