Very kid friendly and healthy.
- 1⁄4 cup cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons celery, chopped
- 3 tablespoons apples, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 slices raisin bread
- Mix cream cheese, walnuts, celery, apple and cinnamon.
- Spread on two slices of raisin bread.
- Top with remaining bread slices.
I love raisin bread and nuts with cream cheese! I'd suggest chopping the apples & celery quite small so the flavors can mix better.
