This is great for tailgating and fall gatherings or, maybe, as gifts. As the name implies it tastes just like “Apple Pie”.
- 1⁄2 gallon apple juice (from bottle or concentrate)
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 1 (750 ml) bottle Everclear alcohol (75% or 151 proof)
- 6 cinnamon sticks
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 cups brown sugar

- Combine apple juice, cider, cinnamon sticks and sugar in a large pot and bring to a boil on the stove. Simmer 15-20 minutes until all the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Remove cinnamon sticks. Stir in alcohol. Pour into clean bottles (empty liquor bottles work great or Mason jars) and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
