  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Peel, core and chop apple.
  3. Combine apple, Splenda, brown sugar, cinnamon and pie spice.
  4. Unroll dough and cut each roll in half so you have 16 pieces of dough.
  5. Divide apple mixture onto dough and fold up edges.
  6. Bake on non-stick cookie sheet until lightly brown, about 12-15 minutes.

These were very good. I took all the ingredients for the filling and sauted them over low heat just until they started to get soft. Then did everything the same. Next time I may put just a tiny bit of sugar and cinnamon on the top.

Very yummy! Made just as stated. Topped with a tiny bit of the leftover sugar mixture and a simple white glaze (confectioners sugar and heavy cream). My fianc

While these got eaten up, I found that the apple mixture inside the cresent rolls was very dry and not mouth-watering or moist. It's possible that I messed something up, so if you have any suggestions as to how to make them moister I'm all ears! On a positive note, I can say that I found them quick and fun to make!
