Apple Pear Rum Crisp

Recipe by Ceezie

This is so tasty and not too sweet. It tastes great with a dollop of cool whip or ice cream. Kellogs makes a low fat granola with raisins that works perfect in this recipe. I also use a firm pear. I adapted this recipe from a Pillsbury cookbook.

When making this recipe I did substitute a pear brandy for the rum, & that, I believe, heightened the pear flavor quite a bit, which was nice! Of course, I also liked using the cranberries in this & used a nicely rounded 1/3 cup of those little gems! All that for a very satisfying crisp! Think I'll be keeping this recipe around!
