A healthy alternative to a milkshake on a hot summer day.
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal (ground flaxseed)
- 1 small apple
- 1 small pear, ripe
- 3 ounces tofu, drained and cut into small cubes
- 3⁄4 cup soymilk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Quarter and core the fruit but do not peel.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
