Apple Pancakes

"I haven't made these yet, but they sound delicious. The recipe does not give a serving amount. I plan to try these soon, but let me know if you like them. I got this out of a local community cookbook."

• Yields: 1 Batch of batter

ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 (6 ounce) container plain yogurt or (6 ounce) container apple yogurt
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 dash nutmeg (optional)
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 cup milk (more or less, to desired consistency)
• 1 apple, thinly sliced

directions

1. Beat egg; add remaining ingredients.
2. Stir until smooth.
3. Slap on a hot giddle, flip, then serve.
