These are really good pancakes. I got this recipe from a rogers flour cook book and its been a favorite ever since. I usually double this recipe. and freeze the left overs, the kids love them reheated in the toaster.

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Cook on a griddle.

chef nic is right, these are really good pancakes! I'm not a fan of nutmeg so I left it out & doubled up on the cinnamon. I used egg beaters for the egg, replaced 1 tbsp of oil with 3 tbps ground flax seed, then cooked half with just the apple before putting in some blueberries. Great both ways! It surprised me how many good sized pancakes I got (9) since I usually only get 6 when using white flour. I will definitely be using this recipe again
