This is so good that if you added ice cream you would swear it's dessert.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Combine dry ingredients
  2. Add spices.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add chopped apples and melted butter.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Press into greased 9x13 pan.
  7. Bake 30 minutes at 350F.
  8. Serve with milk or cream.
  9. NOTE- Prepare all dry ingredients the night before then quickly add apples and butter so it can cook while you are doing something else if so desired.

I really enjoyed this, especially the "apple crisp" flavor and texture, so very different than the usual gummy texture of oatmeal. I made this on a weekend morning, put leftovers in the fridge and will reheat portions in the microwave during the busy work week. Thanks for helping me get my oats!
