  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease muffin pans (or line cups with paper liners).
  2. Sift dry ingredients together; add the rest and mix lightly.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.


Most Helpful

Delicious, very dense muffin. Good apple flavor with just a hint of cinnamon. I needed three apples to get the 1 cup of shredded and more time in the oven than listed. MUCH better the next day when flavors have ripened.
