This one is great. From the Bartender's Guide. Sour apple schnapps instead of ordinary apple schnapps will enhance the sharpness, as will a splash of lemon juice. If you have applesauce at hand, you can use that instead of the apple juice or substitute applejack to increase the alcohol content.
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce sour apple schnapps or 1 ounce apple Schnapps
- 1 ounce Applejack or 1 ounce apple juice or 1 ounce applesauce
