This one is great. From the Bartender's Guide. Sour apple schnapps instead of ordinary apple schnapps will enhance the sharpness, as will a splash of lemon juice. If you have applesauce at hand, you can use that instead of the apple juice or substitute applejack to increase the alcohol content.
- Shake everything with ice in a shaker until frosted. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass (martini glass) and garnish with a slice of apple.
