- 236.59 ml brown sugar
- 236.59 ml kosher salt
- 473.18 ml apple juice
- 14.79 ml peppercorn
- 2 fresh thyme sprigs
- 14.79 ml olive oil
- 1814.36 g boneless pork chops
- Combine all ingredients except pork chops and olive oil, in a large mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly and add pork chops. Cover and let sit at least 2 hours.
- Heat skillet and add olive oil. While oil is heating, remove pork chops and pat dry. Add pork chops to skillet, cooking 4-5 minutes per side or until done.
