  • nonstick cooking spray (pam)
  • 1 12 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 34 cup water
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen apple juice concentrate


  1. Very lightly coat 1 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Soften the gelatin in the water in saucepan for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat on low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin dissolves.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add frozen apple juice and mix well.
  6. Pour in pan.
  7. Cover and refrigerate, chilling until set, 2-3 hours.
  8. When ready, cut into one inch cubes.
