- 3 ounces dark or natural style apple juice
- 1 red apple, cored and chopped
- 6 tablespoons non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Put it all in blender and puree until smooth.
Mmmm, I love the hint of cinnamon throughout it, and the texture and flavor were great. I didn't have apple juice so I just used some apple sauce and a little bit of water, but it turned out great all the same. Also, I used non fat sugar free vanilla ice cream, which probably tastes similar to the frozen yogurt. It adds some flavor, but i figured the ice cream was generally for a creamy consistancy moreso. Anyway, it was really good. Thanks for sharing this :)
