This is a superb glaze for your holiday ham.
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can applesauce
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Spoon 3/4 mixture over ham during the last 30 minutes of baking time.
- Heat remaining sauce and serve with ham.
