  1. Soften gelatin in water for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat gelatin over low heat, stirring constantly, until dissolved.
  3. Add apple juice. Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
  4. Stir in fruit and celery.
  5. Pour into 3 cup mold.
  6. Chill until set.
