This is a beverage from a Nita Mehta Cookbook 'Low fat desserts'that is nice.
- 1⁄2 cup apple juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons sugar or 2 teaspoons honey or 2 teaspoons artificial sweetener, to taste
- 1⁄2 cup bottled soda pop
- 1 pinch salt
- Mix all ingredients except the soda in a glass.
- Top with the chilled soda.
- Drink/ Serve immediately.
