Crisp, fruity, and very fizzy.
- 1⁄3 ounce apple Schnapps
- 1⁄3 ounce cranberry juice (chilled)
- champagne (chilled)
- Pour the schnapps and cranberry juice into a chilled champagne flute; stir.
- Top up with champagne; stir.
- Garnish with a small wedge of green apple.
A really nice way to sweeten up a dry champers, i love the little tinge of pink from the cranberry juice too!
