    Ingredients:

    Serves: 8

    Units: US | Metric

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Preheat oven to 350.
    2. 2
      Slice each apple into 8 slices.
    3. 3
      Roll each apple slice in a crescent roll.
    4. 4
      Place seam down in a buttered 9x13 pan.
    5. 5
      Melt butter and stir in sugar, just barely.
    6. 6
      Add vanilla, pour over dumplings.
    7. 7
      Pour Mountain Dew around edges of the pan.
    8. 8
      Sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
    9. 9
      Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

      Serve with vanilla ice cream. Spoon sweet sauce over the top. Enjoy!

      I have made this two or three times and didn't realize I never rated it. This is really good. It tastes a little like apple cobbler. It has the added benefit of caffeine. I have it printed and will make it many more times. Thanks for the recipe.

      Outrageous!!! I've made these twice and taken them to pot-lucks. Both times I've been asked for the recipe! I'm a little embarrassed to say how easy they are. Amazing!!! Simple!! Great to make with kids!!!
