    Apples topped with a sweet crunchy topping (No oatmeal) From Pat Scott VARIATIONS: Substitute peaches/apricots or pears for the apples. To substitute berries stir 3 tablespoons of flour and 1/4 cup of sugar in with 5 cups of berries

    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Spread apples evenly over the base of a 9" pie plate.

      Combine all dry ingredients with butter until it forms a crumbly consistency.

      Pour mixture evenly over apple slices.

      Bake at 375F (190C) for 45 minutes or until top is brown.
