    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Grate peel of orange and set aside.
    2. 2
      Peel and discard white membrane.
    3. 3
      Separate orange into sections and place half in a food processor or blender.
    4. 4
      Add half of the cranberries, apples and celery.
    5. 5
      Process until coarsely chopped.
    6. 6
      Transfer to a bowl; repeat with remaining orange, cranberries, apples and celery.

      Stir in sugar and reserved orange peel.
    8. 8
      Cover and refrigerate overnight.
