Excellent flavor combo. I used this recipe but lowered the amounts and used 2 center cut pork chops. As we are just 2 we have no need for a roast. I made the fruit sauce ahead and later pan cooked the chops, warmed the sauce and placed it on top of the chops. So good! Dinned was quite holiday influenced as I used Stove Top as a side along with buttered Brussels sprouts and cooked carrots. It was a pretty plate and very yummy. The apple cranberry sauce would be fab on chicken also.
Made this several days ago & it made for a very satisfying meal! Really enjoyed the apple & cranberry combo, & left overs the next day were just as great tasting as the first serving of this roast! Definitely a cooler way to go during the hot summer months! Thanks for sharing your recipe! [Made & reviewed in Please Review My Recipe]
