A grilling marinade for chicken and pork. Marinate chicken for 1 hour; pork for up to 6 hours.
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup cranberry juice (use full-strength cranberry juice, not Cranapple)
- 1⁄4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 2 (1 ounce) envelopes Lipton golden onion soup mix
- Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl until well blended.
- Add meats; marinate as directed.
