      This was fab. I found a cheese grater was best to grate the carrots, sometimes I use it to grate apples into my recipe too so I think I'll do that next time to create a kind of warm slaw. Added UNsweetened dried cranberries, UNsweetened apple sauce, and walnuts as well.. Completely neglected to add sugar but it still was a bit too sweet for my taste. Love this recipe for fall though, its exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely keep it and experiment with it.

      Very tasty! I used dried sweetened cranberries, which worked pretty well but the end result was almost too sweet for a dinner dish. Would recommend using fresh berries if available, or unsweetened apple sauce. Doubled, the baking time was about 45 min.

      An AMAZING recipe. I left out the carrot as I don't like, but for the rest it was simply perfect. It was a gorgeous dish, looked stunning as i presented it in the dish it was baked in, had a heavenly aroma and was an amazing mix of tastes. I will DEFINITELY do this again. My dinner guests loved it.
