Found this in a Texas Highways cookbook. I use Jumex brand of apricot nectar, which can be purchased in the Mexican aisle of just about any grocery store.


  1. Combine cider, nectar, and lime juice.
  2. Pour over ice into 6 tall glasses, dividing mixture equally.
  3. Fill the glasses with club soda.
