- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1⁄3 cup oatmeal, cooked
- 3 teaspoons almonds, slivered
- 2⁄3 ounce protein powder
- 1⁄2 granny smith apple, chopped
- cinnamon, to taste
- Add oatmeal and milk in a bowl and cook in the microwave oven for 2 1/2 minutes.
- Mix in chopped apple and slivered almonds.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon onto prepared apple cobbler, to taste.
