Very good cobbler, the topping was especially good, I just used a sprinkle of salt; it turned out a lovely biscuit topping. When I make it again i will add another half cup of liquid, the 1/2 cup of orange juice was not enough to make it a nice juicey filling; but the flavour was wonderul. Thanks for posting.

I agree that this was yummy but too salty. Perhaps try using only half of the salt. I used a gluten-free flour mixture and it turned out wonderfully (6 cups rice flour, 2 cups potato starch, and 1 cup tapioca starch).

This was good. The only problem was too salty. I didnt even add the full amount and it was still a little salty.
