  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix apples with sugar and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a 9" x 13" pan.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Pour batter on the melted butter.
  • Spoon the fruit mixture on top.
  • Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender and the dough browned.

  1. very good. my dh is diabetic so i used splenda instead of sugar and added brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the apples. the cobbler was delicious! i made a double batch as i like lots of cobbler. next time i will add some apple juice or water to the apples for a little extra juice. thanks Swirly i will be making this again!
