Apple Cobbler

This is so easy and tastes great with ice cream. Eat it hot or cold.

very good. my dh is diabetic so i used splenda instead of sugar and added brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the apples. the cobbler was delicious! i made a double batch as i like lots of cobbler. next time i will add some apple juice or water to the apples for a little extra juice. thanks Swirly i will be making this again!

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix apples with sugar and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in a 9" x 13" pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Pour batter on the melted butter.
  5. Spoon the fruit mixture on top.
  6. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender and the dough browned.
