These are tasty and fast! They are perfect for breakfast in a hurry! Both kids love these, and they are hubby-approved!

  1. Preheat lightly greased, or nonstick, griddle or skillet until hot. Griddle is ready when drips of water dance and sizzle when dropped on it.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, until smooth.
  3. Spoon batter by quarter cups onto griddle. Turn. Pancakes are ready to turn when the outer edges are dry. The bubbles that rise to the top of the batter will also have popped .
  4. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve warm.

This was good. I used one of the pre-packaged containers of applesauce with cinnamon in it, because that is what we have on hand. I used 1 cup of milk instead of water, and added a dash of imitation vanilla extract. Delicious and moist, thank you.

Perfect pancake mix for DH. I'm not a big pancake fan, but he is. These are so easy, he can make them himself. I mixed together the baking mix and the cinnamon in a plastic bag for him. Then I used the small plastic tub of applesauce (4 oz., comes in a pack of 6), and added enough water to the mix to get the right consistency. I'm going to have a few of these mixes ready for him, so he can make pancakes whenever he wants.
