Easy and delicious. Good on pancakes, waffles, french toast and ice cream.
- Bring apple juice almost to a boil and stir in sugar.
- Lower heat to a simmer.
- Stir and simmer until sugar is dissolved.
- Add the cinnamon and vanilla extract and continue to simmer for one more minute.
tasted great! It did take a long time to get real thick.. could have been my fault though. Thank you!
