  • In a microwave safe mug, place cubed bread and apples.
  • Mix together 1 egg, egg white, skim milk,syrup, and cinnamon.
  • Pour mixture over bread cubes and apples.
  • Microwave for 2 minutes (times will vary).
  • Get a fork and enjoy!

  1. Not enjoyable. It was still under-cooked at two minutes, so I zapped it another 30 seconds. When done, it was spongy and eggy. It had no real flavor. Maybe if cinnamon-raisin bread was used it would be better tasting, but the texture will still be off-putting. I will not make this again.
     
  2. This was entirely too eggy. When I took it out and put it in a bowl after 2 mins, the bottom was still completely raw (and my microwave usually cooks fast). I put it in for another 45 sec and while it was cooked, it was pretty tasteless and the texture wasn't pleasant at all.
