Fiber enriched and flavor full, this is a favorite of mine for breakfast. I usually have it alongside toast and jam, but you can add it next to any other morning meal of yours!
- 1⁄2 cup low fat vanilla soymilk
- 1⁄4 cup Kellogg's all-bran cereal
- 1⁄4 cup Puffed Kashi
- 1⁄4 apple, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
