Each serving is 3/4 cup. I got this recipe from Cornell Cooperative Extension. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.

So good! I made enough to fill a 11x7x2inch dish, and baked it for 30 minutes. This was roughly
1.5 x the original recipe. I used brown sugar, butter, McIntosh apples and some canola oil on the topping to help it brown. I added the lemon juice and about 1/4 cup of brown sugar to the apples, which worked well. I should have used firmer apples and left the peel on (forgot to do), so juice sat at the bottom of the pan. Also, it would have been better if the topping stuck together, instead of the just being a sprinkled oat layer. However, it tasted great, so the presentation did not really matter. I served it with some dream whip, because I was out of vanilla ice cream. Next time I will ready the directions carefully and work to perfect the topping. Thanks for the great recipe. I made this for spring PAC 2011.
