These are so good!! I was experimenting with ingredients that I had in my pantry and wa-lah the apple cinnamon healthy bites were born! ENJOY!

  1. Grind up almonds in a blender or food processor until fine.
  2. Finely chop dried apples in blender or food processor.
  3. Mix apples, almonds, ground flaxseed, honey, peanut butter, and cinnamon in large bowl.
  4. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls.
  5. Freeze overnight.
  6. ENJOY!
