God gave you a brain for a reason - take 10 minutes of your time to research the benefits of apple cider vinegar instead of wondering if the recipe is a joke, asking if people really drink it, and expecting the recipe poster to list all the health benefits. By the way, the health benefits are plentiful. I sip a glass daily and have for years. And anyone who thinks water with vinegar in it will be a pleasant taste should not try the recipe.
I tried this just because it sounded a little different. Was this suppose to be a joke, or do people really drink this? I'm not sure what to think of the brief intro. What makes this healthy? Sorry, I didn't care for this at all. (Made for PAC 2014)
