This is such a nice, rich flavor and a great change of pace from regular syrup. I didn't have cheese cloth ...tried coffe filters at first..not recommended! Wound up having to borrow some cheesecloth from next door. Served these over pumpkin pancakes and they were a GREAT combo. Poured the rest in a jar with a ribbon around it and gave it to my neighbor as a thank you. Now I won't be tempted to eat the leftovers over everything in sight! Thanks for sharing.
