Apple Cider Soda Bread

"A dense, chewy, slightly sweet soda bread variation I came up with on my own after I was gifted a few too many hard ciders! Basically a variation on Irish Soda Beer Bread, but I hadn't seen anything else like it!"

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar a total of 3 times.
  • Add wet ingredients.
  • Mix by hand until thoroughly blended.
  • Pour into greased baking pan.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
