Very good and not hard at all.
I got this recipe years ago from my sister, and I've made it many times - it's wonderful! It looks like a lot of work, but it's very easy and it tastes great. If I want it to look especially nice, I fan the apple slices around the pan, overlapping them so that all the cheese mixture is covered and then top with the almonds.
An easy cheesecake recipe, and very tasty! I will be making it more often! Thanks for the recipe.
