- 1 1⁄2 cups bite-size pieces lettuce
- 1 red apple, sliced
- 1⁄4 cup diagonally sliced celery
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise or 1⁄4 cup your choice salad dressing
- Combine lettuce, apple slices and celery in bowl.
- Pour mayonnaise on and toss.
