Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 apples, cored and finely chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 cup apple juice

Directions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. If time permits, served chilled.

This salad was very good. I have never eaten an apple salad without a mayo dressing and was pleased by the taste. My grandson told me to make this all the time for him. Thanks dicentra for this keeper.
