A delicious way to get your fruits and veggies in one dish.
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 3 medium diced apples
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup raisins
- 1⁄3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Chill thoroughly, at least 90 minutes.
- Serve on salad greens.
This is a simple salad to make and have on hand. Need a last minute dish to take to a party, will this is the one for you. I think most people will have these ingredients on hand. So give it a try.
