  • b. 1/8 – ¼ C Basic Hummus.
  • Celsius 1-3 t Walnuts, finely chopped,.
  • d. Carrots – freshly shredded is best.
  • e. Apple slices – thinly sliced, tart apples such as Pippin or Granny Smith.
  • f. Ginger – sprinkle ground ginger or add minced fresh, to your taste.
