Apple Carrot and Raisin Salad

This light and fresh salad makes a nice sweet side to any poultry dish, such as grilled chicken or turkey.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 1 apple, julienned (preferably Pink Lady or Ambrosia)
  • 29.58-44.37 ml raisins (or a combination) or 29.58-44.37 ml sultanas (or a combination) or 29.58-44.37 ml craisins (or a combination)
  • 4.92 ml cinnamon honey
  • 4.92 ml lemon juice
  • 9.85 ml citrus peppercorn vinaigrette dressing


  1. Combine the first three ingredients in a serving bowl and toss to combine.
  2. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over salad; toss to coat.
  3. Enjoy!
