This light and fresh salad makes a nice sweet side to any poultry dish, such as grilled chicken or turkey.
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 apple, julienned (preferably Pink Lady or Ambrosia)
- 29.58-44.37 ml raisins (or a combination) or 29.58-44.37 ml sultanas (or a combination) or 29.58-44.37 ml craisins (or a combination)
- 4.92 ml cinnamon honey
- 4.92 ml lemon juice
- 9.85 ml citrus peppercorn vinaigrette dressing
- Combine the first three ingredients in a serving bowl and toss to combine.
- Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over salad; toss to coat.
