      I wanted to make something special for my sister and her DH and decided to make this. The crust went together easily and the recipe was easy to make and assemble. I loved the cheesecake filling with the apples and the taste of cardamon is one of my favorites, so this was a real good choice for me. It was really really delicious and both my sister and her DH gave it 5+ stars, so you know it's a winner! Thank you for sharing your recipe with us! Linda

      This cheesecake was very easy to do, even my son of 3 years old helped me LOL I used cardamom only in the crust. In the apples, I used cinnamon. I reduced the sugar a little bit. I used cortland apples. Thanks Kim :) Made for 123 hit wonders

      Yummy cheese cake,This goes together fairly easy. We love the flavor of cardamon, so next time I will use 1 teaspoon cardamom. I used Splenda in the crust and also in the filling(Dh is a diabetic so this really cut down on the sugar), worked great. Other than the splenda I made it as stated and will be making it again GREAT dessert with apples in season. Thank you Kim, for the recipe.

      Delicious, time consuming but worth every second! This combines all my favorites -- apples, cardamom and cheesecake. I had to make one small change by using only 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup of flour (to make up the difference) due to running out, but the crust still came out fine. Thanks for sharing this perfect fall dessert!
